I think you'll all agree this news brings us closer to a momentus occasion.
Yes, B*Witched are "holding renunion talks."
I was only last weekend that I was dancing away in a club to "C'est La Vie" (Yeah, I go to really cheesey clubs, so what?!) Intoxicated on dry ice fumes the club sang along and attempted to do an Irish jig. We need more of this. C'mon Keavy, Edele, Sinead....and the other one, do it for all those late 90s kids who wish to make prats of themselves in not cool clubs for years to come!

A Single Opinion
Cheryl Cole's new solo single had it's world premiere this week. Time for my single opinion...
I, of course love Girls Aloud, Cheryl being my second favorite (Kimberly, if you are wondering) so I have the cast iron will for this single to be amazing.
It start's off quite promising if a bit subdued but then it kicks into the chorus which is more upbeat. She has a really strong vocal but I cannot stand the americanisation in her lyrics "now everyday ain't gon' be no picnic" aaaahhhhh, you are a geordie love, not some gangsta biatch from Compton, LA.
Oooh there's a breakdown. Now I do love a good breakdown in a song.
Overall, I like it but think this will take some time to grow on me. I have time :) Anyways, make your own minds up:

Speech DeBelle. Yeah, I said Speech DeBelle!
Ok, so did anyone else watch the Mercury Music Prize last night and feel slightly cheated? I don't understand why they bother nominating successful acts (i.e. ones we have actually heard of) if they are unwilling to honor any of them with the prize. I mean, c'mon! Florence well and truly kicked it this year but nope, she was lured in with the nomination and then given the cold shoulder. I don't mind under the radar act being given some publicity (and dosh) but then they should be the only acts nominated.
Anyways Popjustice presented the real music award last night (beware of imitation). Check it out here: http://www.popjustice.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=4020&Itemid=206

So come into my cave...
This is my first post. Could be my last dependent on how bothered I can be. Whatever. I want to create a little cosy cave of music news and my own personal opinions. Deal with it.
